The Cataract Gorge in flood, from Kings Bridge to Alexandra Suspension Bridge.
(Slightly bigger versions if you click on them.)
The path along here was closed just before the toll-keepers cottage.
In the centre, the quiet waters of the North Esk, that peaked yesterday, meets the foaming waters from the South Esk, that peaks tomorrow.
On the Basin side, where the cafe is closed due to having no power and the pool is closed due to being under a lot of water.
The usual course of the river is along the back, disappearing behind the hill on the right.
Looking back towards the Basin cafe area.
The Alexandra Bridge with no one on it, due to it being closed.
